Some forms reject files below a minimum size. Zenutils adds hidden padding inside the JPG until it reaches your size, so the photo looks exactly the same. Other formats are saved as JPG first.

Are my files uploaded anywhere?+
No. Everything runs in your browser, on your own computer or phone. Your files are never sent to a server, and they're gone when you close the page.
How can the file get bigger without changing the photo?+
Zenutils adds hidden padding inside the JPG file. Image viewers and upload portals ignore it, so the photo looks exactly the same, but the file reaches the size you need.
What happens to PNG or HEIC files?+
They're saved as a high-quality JPG first, then padded to your size. Most forms that set a minimum size ask for JPG anyway.
